Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. About this promotion
This promotion is provided by Home By Eight Ltd, operating through ukheatpumpservicing.co.uk ("we", "us" or "our"). Our head office is at Ropergate House, Ropergate, WF8 1JY.
These terms explain how our promotional discount works and who can claim it. By purchasing a plan at the promotional price, you agree to these terms alongside the terms applicable to your chosen plan.
2. The offer
Eligible new customers receive 16% off the standard price of any of our plans purchased during the promotional period.
The discount is already included in the prices displayed on our plans page and during checkout. No promotional code is required, and no further 16% reduction will be applied to the displayed promotional price.
All plans are included in this offer.
3. Promotion dates
The offer opens at 00:00 on 18 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 20 September 2026, UK time.
Your purchase must be completed within this period to qualify.
4. Who can claim the discount
To qualify, you must:
- Be a new customer purchasing a plan from us for the first time.
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Live in the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland.
- Meet the eligibility requirements of your chosen plan.
- Purchase without using another discount or promotional offer.
The offer is limited to one discounted plan purchase per person.
5. How long the discount lasts
The 16% reduction applies to the standard price of your selected plan for its initial contractual term.
The discount ends when that initial term finishes or the plan is terminated, whichever happens first. It does not automatically continue at renewal. Any renewal price will be communicated in accordance with your plan terms.
The discount cannot be moved to a different plan unless we agree to this in writing.
Displayed prices include any applicable taxes.
6. How the discount is applied
Your promotional price is shown on our plans page and carried through to checkout automatically.
The reduction applies only to the price of the plan purchased. It cannot be used towards separate fees, additional charges, other services or outstanding account balances.
The discount is available only on the purchasing customer's own account and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
7. Offer restrictions and eligibility checks
This promotion cannot be combined with another offer or discount.
We may request information reasonably necessary to confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. Where those requirements are not met, we may decline to apply the discount or remove it on reasonable notice, explaining the reason.
We may also refuse participation where we reasonably establish that a customer has misused the promotion or breached these terms.
8. Changes to the promotion
Any amendment to, or early withdrawal of, this promotion will be made only where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law. Any change will be communicated clearly on our website.
Changes will not affect promotional discounts already agreed for completed purchases, except where the customer was ineligible under these terms.
9. Your rights and these terms
These promotional terms apply alongside the terms of your chosen plan. Nothing in them limits your statutory consumer rights.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts. Any mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live remain unaffected.
