Step 2: Get Multiple Quotes
Get at least three quotes. Prices vary widely — we’ve seen comparable systems quoted £10,000 to £18,000 for the same property.
Step 3: Insist on a Heat Loss Survey
Any installer willing to quote without a site visit is a red flag. MCS-compliant installation requires a detailed heat loss calculation.
Step 4: Check References
Ask for references from recent comparable installations. Check independent review platforms (Google, Trustpilot, Which? Trusted Traders).
